Booked, confirmed just didn’t turn up - no response to calls, texts, emails - nothing. Left me with penalties to pay for storage and having taken a day off I couldn’t afford. Would rate lower if I could

I booked my move with them. After settling the date and time, they proceed to ghost me just before the service, having to find a last-minute replacement. As bad as it can get.
